
Bio
With over 20 years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), education, and psychology, Jennifer Young is a dedicated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and educator. Renowned for her creativity and organizational skills, she provides both online and in-person academic tutoring and ABA services, passionately helping children reach their full potential and facilitating transformative behavior changes.

Jennifer's extensive knowledge and experience in psychology complement her ABA expertise, allowing her to take a holistic approach to behavior analysis and academic support. She is ethical, detail-oriented, and actively seeks to collaborate with organizations that share her commitment to high moral standards. As a lifelong learner, Jennifer is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Christian counseling.

In addition to her professional work, Jennifer has been actively involved with the Anti-Trafficking Bureau (ATB) for nearly three years. She currently serves as the Board Secretary and Managing Director of ATB in the United States, where she plays a key leadership role in advancing the organization’s mission. Deeply committed to justice and education, she supports a range of anti-human trafficking initiatives and collaborates with various organizations to raise awareness and promote preventative education.
Jennifer is also excited to serve as the assistant to Professor Figueroa and looks forward to working with every student, offering her support, encouragement, and experience to help them succeed.
